摘要
通过描述电网调频的迫切形势、市场政策支持、储能技术调频的优势与,传统AGC调频的不足进行对比,体现出辅助调频引进储能的可行性。通过分析电厂引入储能参与电力辅助调频市场的意义和紧迫性,给出储能辅助调频项目的实际切入点,以求对相关方提供决策引导和建议。
This paper describes the urgent situation of power grid frequency modulation and the market policy.Compared with the disadvantages of traditional AGC frequency modulation and the advantages of energy storage technology.It shows the feasibility of energy storage participating in AGC assisted frequency modulation.This paper analyzes the significance and urgency of introducing energy storage into the auxiliary frequency regulation market of power plant,and gives the actual entry point of the auxiliary frequency regulation project of energy storage,in order to provide decision guidance and suggestions.
