摘要
变电站运行规程的管理、编写和修订极其繁琐,对变电站安全稳定运行有着重要作用。因此,研究了一种基于SQL数据库的变电站运行规程管控平台,达到了无纸化管理变电站运行规程,提高了工作人员对规程的编写、修订效率,大大减少了安规编写修订所需的时间,间接提高了变电站运行的安全性。
The management,compilation and revision of substation operation regulations are tedious,which is of great significance to the safe and stable operation of substation.This paper studies a management and control platform of substation operation rules based on SQL database,which achieves paperless management of substation operation rules,improves the efficiency of staff's preparation and revision of rules,greatly reduces the time required for the preparation and revision of safety rules,and indirectly improves the safety of substation operation.
