摘要
当前煤矿锚杆预紧扭矩控制装置结构复杂,可靠性和灵敏度低。笔者提出一种新型纯机械式锚杆预紧装置,此装置通过液压的变化来测量齿轮扭矩,并将压力作用于二通三位滑阀,当扭矩达到预定值时,滑阀的活塞阀芯动作,断开预紧回路,结束锚杆预紧工序。经实验表明,该装置能将扭矩有效地控制在480~510 N·m,结构简单,响应快,可靠性高,精度可达90%以上,灵敏度高。
The The pretensioning torque control unit for the anchor used in coal mines features complex structure,poor reliability and low sensitivity. The author proposes a new type of purely mechanical pre-tensioner for the anchor,which measures the gear’s torque through the changes in hydraulic pressure and applies the pressure to a 2-way, 2-position slide valve. When the torque reaches a preset value, the piston of the slide valve makes a movement and opens the pretensioning circuit, ending the anchor pretensioning step. The experiments show that the unit can keep the torque within the range of 480~510 N·m. The unit is characterized by simple structure, raped response, high reliability and sensitivity, with its precision of being up to 90%.
