摘要 为高效、准确地评估船舶人员撤离能力,对MSC.1/Circ.1533通函的流体力学模型的建模和计算方法进行深入分析,并将其应用到MSC.1/Circ.1533通函人员撤离能力评估中。构建Dijkstra算法与MSC.1/Circ.1533通函流体力学模型耦合计算程序,并以某客船为例,采用Dijkstra算法评估该客船的人员撤离能力。结果表明,基于Dijkstra算法的人员撤离能力评估方法可提高人员撤离能力的计算效率,可有效分析总布置的合理性。 In order to determine ship evacuation capability efficiently and accurately,this paper analyzes in detail the modelling and calculation methods of the fluid mechanics model specified in MSC.1/Circ.1533,and applies them to the ship evacuation capability assessment according to MSC.1/Circ.1533.The calculation program is developed by coupling Dijkstra algorithm with the fluid mechanics model in MSC.1/Circ.1533.A passenger ship is taken as the example,and Dijkstra algorithm is used to evaluate the ship’s evacuation capability.The result shows that the evacuation capability calculation based on Dijkstra algorithm can increase the efficiency of evacuation capability calculation,and effectively analyze the rationality of the general arrangement.
