桩腿分段坠落自升式平台直升机甲板数值模拟

摘要 针对海上平台安装吊装作业中经常发生物体坠落现象,对人员和财产安全有巨大威胁的情况,基于非线性有限元理论和碰撞接触算法建立自升式平台直升机甲板模型,模拟自升式平台桩腿分段吊装过程中桩腿分段意外坠落撞击直升机甲板的问题,研究平台结构的应力分布、损伤情况,以及能量、撞深和碰撞力等参数的变化规律。讨论不同撞击速度下碰撞力和能量的变化,给出不发生塑性变形的临界碰撞速度,为现场桩腿分段吊装作业的安全提供参考。 Objects falling incidents often occur in the lifting operation of platform installation,which poses a great threat to the safety of both personnel and property.Based on nonlinear finite element theory and the collision contact algorithm,this paper establishes the helicopter deck model of a jack-up platform to simulate the collision of a leg section falling onto a helicopter deck during the lifting process,and to study the pattern of stress distribution,structural damage,system energy,collision depth and collision force.The variations of collision force and system energy under different impact velocities are discussed,and the critical impact velocity with no plastic deformation of the helicopter deck is obtained,providing reference for the lifting operations of leg sections.
