摘要
中俄跨境电子商务的迅速崛起,加速了整个行业的就业需求,对人才的需求也极具增加。多样化的人才需求与目前我国高校对俄跨境电商人才培养难以匹配,造成人才供需不均衡。从政府、企业、高校、行业协会等主体要素的内在结构和关系出发,力图从根源上找出解决问题的办法,进而从联合的角度构建对俄跨电子商务人才培养模式。
The rapid rise of cross-border e-commerce between China and Russia has accelerated the employment needs of the entire industry and brought new talent demand. However,at present,the cultivation and export of cross-border electric merchants in China’s colleges and universities is difficult to meet the requirements of enterprises,resulting in a serious imbalance in the supply and demand of talents. This paper attempts to find out the solutions to the problems from the root causes of the internal structure and relationship of the government,enterprises,universities,industry associations and other main elements,and then build a joint training model for cross-e-commerce talents in Russia.
