摘要
老年高血压患者的治疗注意事项主要包括长期服药、每天测量血压、清淡饮食、规律饮食与作息、摒弃不良嗜好、适当的体育锻炼。如果发现降压药对于自身血压的控制效果越来越差,则需要咨询医生,及时更换降压药的种类或采取多种降压药联合使用的方式。至少每天要及时监测2次血压,一次是早上起床,在没有开展任何活动和没有进食的情况下测量。第二次就是在晚上睡觉之前测量。饮食不能过于油腻,不要吃辛辣,少喝浓茶,更不要涉及咖啡以及碳酸饮料,尤其要注重盐的摄入量。不能暴饮暴食,否则会导致血压突然升高。更不能熬夜,熬夜会导致血压持续升高。长期进行体育锻炼可以帮助高血压患者放松心情,消除紧张,提高身体协调能力,改善大脑功能。适合老年高血压患者的食物主要有蔬菜、水果、坚果、豆制品、菌类。
The treatment of elderly patients with hypertension mainly includes long-term medication,daily blood pressure measurement,light diet,regular diet and rest,abandon bad habits,appropriate physical exercise.If it is found that the effect of antihypertensive drugs on the control of blood pressure is getting worse and worse,it is necessary to consult a doctor,change the type of antihypertensive drugs in time or adopt a combination of multiple antihypertensive drugs.Blood pressure should be monitored at least twice a day.One time is to get up in the morning,measure without any activities and eating.The second time is to measure before going to bed at night.Diet should not be too greasy,do not eat spicy,drink less strong tea,do not involve coffee and carbonated drinks,especially pay attention to salt intake.Do not overeat,or it will lead to a sudden rise in blood pressure,let alone stay up late.Staying up late will lead to a continuous rise in blood pressure.Long term physical exercise can help hypertension patients relax,eliminate tension,improve physical coordination and improve brain function.The food suitable for the elderly patients with hypertension mainly includes vegetables,fruits,nuts,bean products and fungi.
