摘要
针对滑板挡渣系统不稳定、漏油事故频发及未实现预期功能的问题,对滑板挡渣系统易漏部位密封形式及材料进行改进,对系统的设计缺陷也进行了改进,从而有效地控制了漏油频率,使滑板挡渣达到了预期的功能,同时也提高了钢水质量。
There are some problems,such as the slag stopping system of slide gate is not stable,oil leakage accident frequently occur and cannot realize expecting functions.Aiming at these problems,a technical modification on the sealing method and material of the slide gate slag stopping system and design defections are carried out.Therefore,the oil leakage frequency is controlled effectively.The expecting function of slag stopping is achieved.Meanwhile,the liquid steel quality is improved.
