考虑卯口缺陷的直榫节点转动刚度理论分析

摘要 为将同类节点的弯矩-转角关系公式和转动刚度理论公式应用到各种有限元软件中提供可能和理论依据,方便实际维修加固榫卯节点的工程应用,研究了直榫节点在一个加载循环下的受力机理,在考虑了卯口缺陷(不同卯口缝隙)的基础上分析并推导出转动刚度理论公式。 In order to provide possibility and theoretical basis for the application of the bending moment-corner relation formula and the rotational stiffness theory formula of the same kind of nodes to various finite element software,and facilitates the engineering application of practical maintenance and reinforcement of mortise-tenon joints,study the stress mechanism of the straight tenon joint under a loading cycle,and the theoretical formula of rotational stiffness is derived on the basis of taking the defects of the mortise( different mortise gaps) into account.
