摘要
简要介绍了传统冷缩式中间接头进水的原因,分析了绕包式和预制式中低压电缆接头的优点,进而提出了改进型冷缩式防水中间接头的设计方案。利用COMSOL有限元分析软件,建立分析模型,并进行了试验验证,解决了电缆中间接头因进水引发的故障跳闸问题。实现电缆内外双向可靠防水,保障电缆线路在电缆线芯进水情况下和泡水环境中安全稳定运行。
The reasons for water inflow into the cold shrinkable intermediate joints are introduced briefly,and the advantages of winding and prefabricated intermediate joints are analyzed,then the design scheme of the improved cold shrinkable waterproof intermediate joint is proposed,using COMSOL finite element analysis softwar,model is built,and test verification is carried out.Waterproof intermediate joint solves the fault tripping problem caused by the water inlet of the cable intermediate joint,realizes the two way reliable waterproofing inside and outside the cable,and ensures the safe and stable operation of the cable line under the water inlet condition of the cable core and the water bubble environment.
