摘要
2019年是中俄地方合作交流年,加快推动俄罗斯远东与中国东北国际交通走廊建设,已成为两国地方合作的一张"名片"。未来共同建设中国国际进口博览会,实现"大欧亚伙伴关系"是构建新型中俄国际经济关系体系的主要方向。提振经济,远东是突破口,天然气项目激活了俄远东北方航线,中国东北地区与俄远东地区的滨海1号、滨海2号、跨西伯利亚大铁路的现代化改造,交通基础设施互联互通,中俄能源、农业和金融合作具有广阔发展空间。俄罗斯远东与中国东北国际交通走廊建设的枢纽站,有必要及时恢复绥芬河口岸省直管待遇。
2019 is the year of local cooperation and exchange between China and Russia. Based on the needs of China’s national security strategic reserve layout, it has become a "business card" of local cooperation between the two countries to accelerate the construction of international transportation corridor between Russia’s Far East and Northeast China. In the future, the main direction of building a new type of China Russia international economic relations system is to jointly build China International Import Expo and realize the "great Eurasian partnership". To boost the economy, the Far East is the breakthrough. The natural gas project has activated the northern route of Russia’s Far East, the modernization of Binhai 1, Binhai 2 and Trans Siberian railway between Northeast China and Russia’s Far East, the interconnection of transportation infrastructure, and the wide development space for China Russia energy, agriculture and gold integration. It is necessary to restore the direct management treatment of Suifenhe port in time.
