摘要 维生素D是一种类固醇激素,其经典作用是促进肠钙、磷的重吸收,继而入血维持钙、磷水平的平衡,同时促进骨的矿化,调节骨稳态,在治疗佝偻病、骨质疏松中起到重要作用。流行病学调查表明,目前维生素D缺乏已成为全球性问题,对维生素D的关注不断提高。近年来的研究表明,维生素D受体在体内多种细胞(成骨细胞除外)中表达,包括免疫细胞、胰岛β细胞,以及体内大多数器官,包括脑、心脏、皮肤,性腺,前列腺,乳房和肠道等。这些研究表明,维生素D的作用并不局限于调节骨骼和矿物质的稳态,还具有很多骨外作用,包括对肿瘤、心血管系统、自身免疫性系统、内分泌系统等的影响。维生素D的缺乏或不足,可导致多种慢性疾病的发生和发展,本文就现有维生素D的研究进展总结如下。 Vitamin D is a steroid hormone.Its classic function is to promote the reabsorption of calcium and phosphorus in the intestine,and then enter the blood to maintain the balance of calcium and phosphorus levels.At the same time,it promotes bone mineralization,regulates bone homeostasis,plays an important role in the treatment of rickets and osteoporosis.Epidemiological investigation shows that Vitamin D deficiency has become a global problem and the focus on Vitamin D is increasing.Recent studies have shown that Vitamin D receptors are expressed in a variety of cells in the body(except osteoblasts),including immune cells,islet beta cells,and most organs in the body,including the brain,heart,skin,gonads,prostate,breast,and intestines.These studies suggest that the effects of Vitamin D are not limited to the regulation of bone and mineral homeostasis,but also have many extra-osseous effects,including effects on tumors,cardiovascular system,autoimmune system and endocrine system.The lack or deficiency of Vitamin D can lead to the occurrence and development of a variety of chronic diseases.This article summarizes the research progress of existing Vitamin D as follows.
