摘要
3D打印技术是一种有效的增材制造技术,在航天、建筑、机械制造等领域应用较为成熟,但是在制药领域,尤其是中药制药领域应用还很少。2015年,首例3D打印药物左乙拉西坦(Spritam)速溶片的上市极大地推动了3D打印技术在制药行业的研究应用。该文就与制药行业应用匹配度较高的三类3D打印机(粘结剂喷射式、材料挤压式和喷墨打印式)进行介绍,包括这三类打印机的工作原理、打印材料及产品特性等方面。并就3D打印技术在中药创新制剂生产、创新医疗器械开发及创新功能食品研制方面的应用前景及存在问题展开分析,以期为创新中药的研制提供有益借鉴。
As an effective additive manufacturing technology,3 D printing technology has been widely used in aerospace,construction,machinery manufacturing and other fields,but it is rarely used in the pharmaceutical field,especially in the field of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM).In 2015,Spritam instant tablets produced by 3 D printing technology greatly promoted the development and research of 3 D printing technology in the pharmaceutical industry.In this paper,we reviewed three types of 3 D printers(binder jet,material extrusion and inkjet printing)with high compatibility in the pharmaceutical industry,including the working principles,printing materials,product characteristics and others.In addition,the application prospects and existing problems of 3 D printing technology in the production of innovative preparations of TCM,the development of innovative medical devices and the development of innovative functional foods were analyzed.The paper aimed to provide a reference for the development and preparation of innovative TCM by 3 D printing technology.
