摘要
目的:探讨不同类型人工泪液眼用凝胶对VDT综合征患者泪膜稳定性的影响。方法:选取2018年1-9月于本院眼科门诊就诊,主诉眼部干涩的VDT综合征患者60例(120眼),将其随机分为三组,每组20例(40眼)。A组应用卡波姆眼用凝胶治疗,B组应用维生素A棕榈酸酯眼用凝胶治疗,C组应用小牛血去蛋白提取物眼用凝胶治疗。比较三组治疗前、治疗后7 d、1个月、3个月基础泪液分泌(Schirmer I test,SⅠt)、泪膜破裂时间(break up time,BUT)、角膜荧光素染色(fluorescence,FL)评分情况。结果:三组患者治疗前、治疗7 d后SⅠt、BUT及FL评分比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。三组患者治疗1个月后SⅠt及FL评分比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);C组BUT均明显高于A组与B组,三组BUT比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。三组患者治疗3个月后SⅠt比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);C组BUT均明显高于A组与B组,三组BUT比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);B组FL评分均明显低于A组和C组,三组FL评分比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:卡波姆眼用凝胶、维生素A棕榈酸酯眼用凝胶及小牛血去蛋白提取物眼用凝胶在VDT综合征患者的泪膜稳定方面均有一定作用,其中维生素A棕榈酸酯眼用凝胶在角膜上皮修复方面效果显著,而小牛血去蛋白提取物眼用凝胶不但可以促进角膜上皮的修复,而且在增强泪膜稳定性方面更具优势。
Objective:To investigate the effects of different types of artificial tear gel on the stability of tear film in patients with VDT syndrome.Method:A total of 60 patients(120 eyes)with VDT syndrome who visited the ophthalmology clinic of our hospital from January to September 2018 and complained of dry eyes were selected.They were randomly divided into three groups,20 cases(40 eyes)in each group.Group A was treated with Carbomer Eye Gel,group B was treated with Vitamin A Palmitate Eye Gel,group C was treated with Calf Blood Deproteinized Extract Eye Gel.Schirmer I test(SⅠt),tear film break up time(BUT),and fluorescence(FL)scores were compared before treatment,7 days,1 month and 3 months after treatment in the three groups.Result:SⅠt,BUT,and FL scores were compared among the three groups before and after 7 days of treatment,the differences were not statistically significant(P>0.05).After 1 month of treatment,the SⅠt and FL scores of the three groups were compared,the differences were not statistically significant(P>0.05).BUT in the group C were significantly higher than group A and group B,three groups of BUT was compared,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Three groups of SⅠt was compared after treatment 3 months,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).BUT in the group C were significantly higher than those of group A and group B,three groups of BUT was compared,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).FL scores in group B were significantly lower than those in groups A and C,three groups of FL scores was compared,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Carbomer Eye Gel,Vitamin A Palmitate Eye Gel and Calf Blood Deproteinized Extract Eye Gel have certain effects on the stability of tear film in patients with VDT syndrome.Vitamin A Palmitate Eye Gel has a significant effect on the repair of corneal epithelium,while the Calf Blood Deproteinized Extract Eye Gel can not only promote the repair of corneal epithelium,but also enhance the stabil
