摘要
目的:调查临床护士对压力性损伤的认知情况。方法:选择海南省6所三级甲等综合医院的887名护士进行调查。结果:护士压力性损伤相关知识考核的总体得分为(69.06±20.59)分,不同年龄、工作年限、学历、职称等对压力性损伤的认知得分比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);总体来说,压力性损伤的图例判断是护士们掌握最差的知识点。结论:海南省三级甲等医院的临床护士对压力性损伤知识的掌握情况不容乐观,需要寻找适合本省护士关于压力性损伤的最佳培训方法,进而改善本省压力性损伤预防与管理效果、降低临床压力性损伤发生率。
Objective:To investigate the cognitive status of clinical nurses about stress injury.Method:The total of 887 nurses from 6 tertiary and first-class general hospitals in Hainan province were investigated.Result:The overall score of knowledge assessment of stress injury among nurses was(69.06±20.59)score.There were significant differences in cognition of stress injury among different ages,working years,educational background and professional titles(P<0.05).Generally speaking,the legend judgment of stress injury was the worst for nurses.Conclusion:It is not optimistic that the clinical nurses in grade a hospitals of hainan have a good command of the knowledge of stress injury,so it is necessary to find the best training method suitable for provincial nurses on stress injury,so as to improve the prevention and management effect of provincial stress injury and reduce the incidence of clinical stress injury.
