摘要
针对老年慢性心力衰竭多元化需求和自我管理现状及存在的问题,本文综述了老年慢性心力衰竭患者自我管理需求的内容、测评工具,以期为我国开展老年慢性心力衰竭自我管理需求实践提供指引。
This paper reviewed the content and assessment tools of self-management needs in elderly patients with chronic heart failure according to diversified demand,current status of self-management and existing problems of them so as to provide a reference for developing the practice in self-management needs among elderly patients with chronic heart failure in China.
