摘要
对某型号隔离开关拉杆关节轴承进行金相组织、硬度值及化学成分等方面的研究分析。分析结果显示,该部件微观组织上晶界处存在有显微疏松缺陷,化学成分中含量不符合相关标准要求,从而使其综合力学性能偏差,会增加其发生断裂的可能。
This paper mainly studies the metallographic structure,hardness value and chemical composition of a type of isolating switch joint bearing.According to the results,there are microscopic loose defects at the grain boundary and the chemical composition does not meet the requirements of relevant standards.The comprehensive mechanical properties deviation thus caused can increase the possibility of fracture.
