智能制造背景下信息化学习环境建设研究——以五年制装备制造大类专业为例

摘要 随着近几十年来中国工业化进程的快速发展,中国已经由制造大国向智造大国迈进。在工业化进程中,面对欧美等发达国家的高端工业竞争,中国在2015年发布了“中国制造2025”战略。装备制造是中国制造2025战略的工业发展基础,高端的装备制造能力更是反应一个国家的现代化工业水平。在这种背景下,中职类院校担负着培养实践性和技术性制造人才重任。如何借助信息化手段来提升制造类专业学生的实操能力和创新能力,关系着中国工业化能否迈向高端制造的关键。本文以五年制装备制造大类专业为例,主要论述在智能制造背景下借助信息化手段,以五年制装备制造大类专业为例,进行中职院校装备制造类专业建设改革,进而培养高素质技能型的综合人才。 With the rapid development of China's industrialization in recent decades,China has moved from a manufacturing power to a smart manufacturing power.In the process of industrialization,in the face of high-end industrial competition from developed countries such as Europe and the United States,China released the"made in China 2025"strategy in 2015.Equipment manufacturing is the industrial development foundation of made in China 2025 strategy,and the high-end equipment manufacturing capability even reflects a country's modern industrial level.In this context,secondary vocational schools shoulder the responsibility of training practical and technical manufacturing personnel.How to improve the practical ability and innovation ability of manufacturing students by means of information technology is the key to whether China's industrialization can move to high-end manufacturing.This paper will take the five-year equipment manufacturing major as an example,mainly discusses the construction reform of the fiveyear equipment manufacturing major in secondary vocational colleges with the help of information technology under the background of intelligent manufacturing,and then train high-quality and skilled comprehensive talents.
