摘要
目的了解湖南省妇幼保健机构孕期营养门诊设置和服务现状,为规范化孕期营养门诊的建设提供依据。方法湖南省市、县2级妇幼保健机构共16家项目单位(市级4家、县级12家),采用普查方法对机构相关工作人员进行问卷调查。采用SPSS19.0进行统计分析处理。结果湖南省16家妇幼保健机构中开设孕期营养门诊的比例为62.5%,其中县级妇幼保健机构开设比例只有50.0%;开设的孕期营养门诊隶属部门不统一,人员配备、设施设备无统一规范,提供的服务情况无统一标准。结论湖南省妇幼保健机构孕期营养门诊设置比例较低,且无统一规范。应加强孕期营养门诊规范化建设、提高基层妇幼保健院医务人员对孕期营养相关性疾病专病管理水平。
Objective To investigate the establishment and service status of pregnancy nutrition clinic in maternal and child health care institutions in Hunan province,and to provide basis for the construction of standardized pregnancy nutrition clinic.Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted among related staff in 16 project units’including municipal and county-level maternal and child health care institutions in Hunan province.Results In Hunan province,among the 16 maternal and child health care institutions,62.5%set up pregnancy nutrition clinics.However,among county-level institutions,only 50.0%set up pregnancy nutrition clinics.The affiliated departments of pregnancy nutrition clinics are not unified.There is no unified standard for personnel,facilities and equipment,and no unified standard for the services.Conclusion The proportion of pregnancy nutrition clinics in maternal and child health care institutions in Hunan province is relatively low,and there is no unified standard.Therefore,it is necessary to strengthen the standardized construction of pregnancy nutrition clinics,and to improve the management level of nutrition-related diseases and special diseases among medical staff in grass-roots maternal and child health care hospitals.
