摘要
空中交通流量是衡量某一扇区管制员工作负荷的重要条件之一。为了能够在既定的航路结构下,合理均分贵阳高空各扇区的空中交通流量,保障空中交通安全,本文以特征时段贵阳高空空域空中交通流量为基础,以平均分配扇区内流量为目标,运用遗传算法找到扇区优化问题的最优解,以满足贵阳高空管制区的日常运行需求。
Air traffic flow is one of the important factors to measure the workload of an air traffic controller. In order to reasonably distribute the air traffic flow in each sector of Guiyang's high altitude airspace and ensure the air traffic safety under the established route structure, this paper is based on the air traffic flow during the peak period of a day. Aiming at the average distribution of air traffic flow in each sector, the genetic algorithm is used to find the optimal solution of the sector optimiza tion problem to meet the daily operation needs of Guiyang High Altitude Control Area.
