摘要
目的探讨术后放置球囊子宫支架与戊酸雌二醇联合用于治疗中重度宫腔粘连的临床疗效。方法选取2017年5月~2019年5月来我院就诊的IUA患者70例,根据随机数字表法将其分为观察组35例与对照组35例,观察组采用术后放置球囊子宫支架+戊酸雌二醇治疗,对照组术后采用金属圆形节育环+戊酸雌二醇治疗,比较两组术后月经情况、宫腔粘连再发情况与总有效率。结果术后1、2个月时,观察组月经量显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);术后2个月,观察组IUA再发率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组总有效率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在中重度宫腔粘连患者的临床治疗中,术后放置球囊子宫支架联合戊酸雌二醇可有效防止疾病复发,改善患者月经情况,显著提升临床疗效,值得在临床上进一步推广应用。
Objective To explore clinical curative effects of postoperative placement of balloon uterine stent and estradiol valerate in treatment of moderate to severe intrauterine adhesion.Methods 70 patients with IUA who were treated in our hospital from May 2017 to May 2019 were selected.According to the random number table method,they were divided into the observation group(35 cases)and the control group(35 cases).Patients in the observation group were treated with postoperative placement of balloon uterine stent and estradiol valerate while patients in the control group were treated with metal round contraceptive ring and estradiol valerate.The postoperative menstrual status,recurrence of intrauterine adhesions and total effective rate were compared between the two groups.Results At 1 and 2 months after operation,the menstrual volume of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).At 2 months after operation,the recurrence rate of IUA in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the clinical treatment of patients with moderate to severe intrauterine adhesion,the postoperative placement of balloon uterine stent and estradiol valerate can effectively prevent the recurrence of the disease,improve the menstrual condition of patients and significantly improve clinical curative effects,which is worthy of further promotion and application in clinical practice.
