摘要
目的探讨量化评估策略下的疼痛护理干预对胸腰椎骨折患者术后疼痛及遵医行为的影响。方法选取2018年1月至2019年6月我院收治的120例胸腰椎骨折患者,按患者意愿分为两组各60例。观察组给予量化评估策略下的疼痛护理干预,对照组采用常规疼痛护理干预,比较两组的术后疼痛认知水平、遵医行为。结果观察组患者对了解镇痛药物不良反应、了解术后常用镇痛方法、主动要求镇痛的认知水平均高于对照组,对镇痛药物延迟手术部位愈合、术后使用镇痛药物会成瘾、忍无可忍才用药的认知水平均低于对照组(P均<0.05)。观察组的遵医行为总依从率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论量化评估策略下的疼痛护理干预可改善胸腰椎骨折患者的术后疼痛认知,提高其遵医行为。
Objective To explore the influence of pain nursing intervention under quantitative evaluation strategy on postoperative pain and compliance behavior of patients with thoracolumbar fracture.Methods 120 cases of patients with thoracolumbar fracture from January 2018 to June 2019 in our hospital were selected and were divided into two groups according to patients'wishes,with 60 cases in each group.The observation group received pain nursing intervention under quantitative evaluation strategy,while the control group received routine pain nursing intervention.The postoperative pain cognitive level of pain and compliance behavior were compared between the two groups.Results The cognitive levels of understanding the adverse reactions of analgesics,the commonly used analgesic methods after operation,the active request of analgesia in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the cognitive levels of the delayed healing of operation site with analgesics,the addiction of analgesics after operation,and the intolerance of using analgesics were lower than those in the control group(all P<0.05).The total compliance rate of compliance behavior in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Pain nursing intervention under quantitative evaluation strategy can improve the postoperative pain cognition and compliance behavior of patients with thoracolumbar fracture.
