摘要
储能电网是未来新能源电网发展的必然趋势,对储能电站而言,储能协调控制器在优化电能质量和提高新能源电网稳定性中起到关键作用,但目前缺乏标准化的检测,因此有必要进行协调控制器检测平台系统设计与研究工作。阐述了检测平台的硬件框架和软件设计思路,介绍了检测平台的物理连接、数字仿真功能,应用于不同场景检验协控是否满足既定技术要求。目前检测平台已应用在公司自主研发的储能协调控制器测试项目中,对协调控制器项目的开发工作提供了指导意见。
Energy storage grid is an inevitable trend of the development of new energy grid in the future. For energy storage power stations, energy storage coordination controller plays a key role in optimizing power quality and improving the stability of new energy grid. However, there is a lack of standardized testing, so it is necessary to design and research the system of coordination controller testing platform. This paper describes the hardware framework and software design idea of the testing platform, introduces the physical connection and digital simulation functions of the testing platform, and applies them to different scenes to check whether the co-control meets the established technical requirements. At present, the testing platform has been applied in the energy storage coordination controller test project independently developed by the company, providing guidance for the development of the coordination controller project.
