摘要
纳米银线(AgNWs)具有良好的透光性、导电性和稳定性,因此可作为替代材料来制备透明柔性导电薄膜。目前,透明柔性导电薄膜主要通过迈耶棒涂布法、喷涂法、印刷法、旋涂法以及抽滤转印法等方法进行制备。本文主要介绍这五种制备方法的原理及研究进展,简单分析了目前制备过程中仍存在的一些问题,并对其未来的发展方向与应用前景进行了展望。
Silver wires can be used as an alternative material to prepare transparent flexible conductive films due to their good light transmission,conductivity and stability.At present,transparent flexible conductive films are mainly prepared by Meyer bar coating method,spray coating method,printing method,spin coating method,and filter transfer printing method.The principles and research progress of these five preparation methods,briefly analyzes some problems that still exist in the current preparation process were introduced.And we also look forward to its future development direction and application prospects.
