不同根瘤菌接种对草原3号杂花苜蓿幼苗生长的影响

摘要 采集不同地区苜蓿互接种族内的根瘤菌株,以不同菌株浸泡接种草原3号杂花苜蓿(Medicago varia Martin.cv.Caoyuan No3.)发芽露白后的种子,播种在无菌椰皮基质中,从第20d到49d,每7d对其叶片数、叶片宽、幼苗高度、根部结瘤量等指标测定一次,探讨各菌种对幼苗生长的影响。结果表明:在15个菌株中,接种来源于“巨能7紫花苜蓿”(SJN)、“白花草木樨”(HK)和商品根瘤菌(DZ)的菌株对草原3号杂花苜蓿幼苗生长有显著的促进作用。 Rhizobia strains from cross-inoculation groups of alfalfa were collected from different areas;the germinating seeds of the Medicago varia Martin.cv.Caoyuan No3 were inoculated with different strains,and were seeded in coconut sterile substrate.The number and size of leaves,the height of seedlings,the number of root nodules were measured every 7 days from the 20th day to 49th day after seeding.The effects of different strains on the growth of seedling were discussed.The result showed that among 15 strains of the alfalfa intercropping race,the strain from SJN7.HK and DK significantly improved the growth of Medicago varia Martin.cv.Caoyuan No3 seedling.
