摘要
《温疫论》是我国第一部论述湿邪致疫的专著。湿邪是新冠肺炎的重要致病因素。本文以《温疫论》湿疫思想为基础,探讨新冠肺炎湿邪致病的中医诊治,提出:祛湿以通行气机是治疗新冠肺炎的关键;动态的舌象监测利于观察病情的变化;重视湿邪致疫病情的缠绵反复。
The treatise on Warm Pestilence is the first treatise on Wet-induced pestilence in China.Dampness is an important pathogenic factor of Corona Virus Disease 2019.Based on the thought of Wet epidemic in the theory of Warm Epidemic,this paper discusses the treatment method of Wet pathogen of Corona Virus Disease 2019.Clearing Damp for ventilation is the key to obserre disease conditoion;Dynamic tongue image monitoring is helpful to recognize the change of Wet-evil;Attach importance to the lingering repetition of Wet-induced blight.
