摘要
在齐齐哈尔市全面推进“互联网+政务服务”建设过程中,鹤城生态特色旅游服务及监管平台要以借鉴国内外先进经验为基础,结合齐齐哈尔特色实施构建。该平台要从一级标题、首页推介、底部及banner三个层面进行功能模块设计,与此同时要从CIO制度、标准化、地方法规以及服务质量监控指标体系四个方面,推动平台实施的保障机制构建。
During the overall construction of Internet+government services in Qiqihar,Qiqihar ecological characteristics tourism service and supervision platform should construct with local characteristics based on advanced experience both in China and abroad.The platform will design functional modules from the first level,first page promotion,bottom and banner on three levels.Meanwhile,it needs to promote guarantee mechanism construction of platform implementation by CIO system,standardization,local laws and regulations and service quality control index system.
