摘要
目的分析长链非编码RNA(lncRNA)EXOC7在非小细胞肺癌中的表达及临床意义。方法本研究纳入2015年1月~2018年5月收治的75例非小细胞肺癌患者,采用实时定量反转录聚合酶链反应(qRT-PCR)方法检测lncRNA EXOC7在非小细胞肺癌组织及对应癌旁组织中的表达,比较癌及癌旁组织中lncRNA EXOC7的表达差异性,并分析癌组织中lncRNA EXOC7的表达与患者临床病理特征及预后的关系。结果非小细胞肺癌组织中lncRNA EXOC7的相对表达水平(7.88±1.04)明显高于癌旁组织(1.33±0.79),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.001)。不同性别、年龄、病理类型、组织分化程度的非小细胞肺癌患者组织中lncRNA EXOC7的表达无明显差异性(P>0.05),但不同TNM分期、淋巴结转移状况与非小细胞肺癌患者组织中lncRNA EXOC7的表达存在显著差异性(P<0.05)。lncRNA EXOC7高表达组无进展生存期[(10.09±1.93)个月]明显短于低表达组[(19.77±2.16)个月],差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。lncRNA EXOC7高表达组总生存期[(14.82±2.05)个月]明显短于低表达组[(26.18±2.87)个月],差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论lncRNA EXOC7在非小细胞肺癌组织中表达上调,其可能作为一种促癌因子参与非小细胞肺癌的发生及发展过程,并与患者的不良预后有关。
Objective To analyze the expression and clinical significance of long-chain non-coding RNA(lncRNA)EXOC7 in non-small cell lung cancer.Methods 75 patients with NSCLC admitted from January 2015 to May 2018 were enrolled in this study.The expression of lncRNA EXOC7 in NSCLC tissues and corresponding adjacent tissues was detected by real-time quantitative reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction(qRT-PCR).The differences of expression of lncRNA EXOC7 in cancer and adjacent tissues were compared and analyzed.The relationship between the expression of lncRNA EXOC7 in cancer tissue and the clinicopathological characteristics and prognosis of patients were analyzed.Results The relative expression level of lncRNA EXOC 7 in non-small cell lung cancer(7.881.04)was significantly higher than that in adjacent tissues(1.330.79),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).There was no significant difference in the expression of lncRNA EXOC7 in tissues of NSCLC patients with different gender,age,pathological type and degree of tissue differentiation(P>0.05),but there was significant difference in the expression of lncRNA EXOC7 in tissues of NSCLC patients with different TNM stages and lymph node metastasis(P<0.05).The progression-free survival[(10.091.93)months]in the high expression group of lncRNA EXOC7 was significantly shorter than that in the low expression group[(19.772.16)months],with significant difference(P<0.05).The total survival time of the high expression group of lncRNA EXOC7[(14.822.05)months]was significantly shorter than that of the low expression group[(26.182.87)months],and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion lncRNA EXOC7 is up-regulated in non-small cell lung cancer,which may be involved in the occurrence and development of non-small cell lung cancer as a prognostic factor,and is associated with poor prognosis of patients.
