摘要
针对目前浴场人员防护系统不能及时准确发现溺水者的问题,提出一种智能救生辅助系统。通过心率检测获取游客的生命体征,将生命体征与实时位置信息通过GPRS无线传输到智能监测救生指挥中心,通过对数据综合分析评判出游客状况,并对疑似溺水者给出报警,救生指挥中心依据溺水者在百度地图中的位置来指挥救援,由救生员快速定位并施救溺水者。该救生辅助系统,有效提高了救援效率,减少了溺水死亡的风险,保证了浴场游客的安全性。
In view of the problem that the personnel protection system of the bathing beaches cannot find the drowning person timely and accurately, an intelligent rescue assistance system is proposed. The heart rate detection is used to obtain the vital signs of the tourists, the vital signs and real-time position information are transmitted by GPRS wireless to the intelligent monitoring and rescue command center, through comprehensive analysis of the data, the tourists’ s status is judged, and the alarm is given to the suspected drowning person. According to the position of the drowning person in the Baidu map the rescue is commanded, the lifeguard quickly locates and rescues the drowning person. The rescue assistance system can effectively improve the rescue efficiency, reduce the risk of drowning death, and ensure the safety of bathing tourists.
