河北省电镀制版厂土壤重金属污染特征及生态风险评价 被引量:5

Heavy metal contamination characteristics and ecological risk assessment of soil in printing plate electroplating plants in Hebei Province

摘要 以河北省5家电镀制版厂厂区内及周边土壤为对象,探究电镀场地土壤中As、Cd、Cu、Pb、Hg、Ni等6种重金属的污染特征。通过与背景值和污染风险筛选值比较,分析超标污染物的种类、含量及特征。利用主成分分析揭示重金属污染来源。采用Hakanson潜在生态危害指数法及地累积指数法对土壤中重金属的污染现状及潜在生态危害风险进行评价。结果表明:电镀废水、废气、废渣等长期污染导致研究区土壤重金属不同程度累积,Cd、Ni、Cu的平均含量高于河北省土壤背景值,其中Cd污染程度最高,为背景值的3.89倍。但所有重金属指标均未超过建设用地土壤污染风险筛选值。主成分分析结果显示,Ni、Pb与Cu,Cd与Hg具有相似的自然或人为污染源。电镀制版厂附近土壤平均潜在生态危害指数为157.57,存在“中等”生态危害风险,其中Cd的风险最为显著,需重点关注。地累积指数评价结果显示,Cd是主要污染因子,达到“偏中度”污染水平。 The contamination characteristics of As,Cd,Cu,Pb,Hg,and Ni in the soil of five printing plate electroplating plants in Hebei Province were studied.The types,contents,and characteristics of excessive contaminants were analyzed by comparing with background values and pollution risk screening values.The sources of heavy metals were revealed based on principal component analysis.The contamination status and potential ecological risk of heavy metals in soil were evaluated by Hakanson index approach and geo-accumulation index method.The results showed that the accumulation of heavy metals in the soil from the studied areas was caused by long-term pollution such as wastewater,waste gas,and waste residue discharged from electroplating processes.The average contents of Cd,Ni,and Cu were higher than the background values in Hebei Province.The contamination of Cd was the worst,whose content was 3.89 times that the background value.However,all heavy metal indicators did not exceed the soil pollution risk screening value for development land.The results of principal component analysis showed that Ni,Pb,and Cu had similar natural or anthropogenic sources,and so did Cd and Hg.The average potential ecological index of the soil near the printing plate electroplating plants was 157.57,which had a“medium”ecological risk.The ecological risk of Cd was the most significant,which should be paid attention to.The assessment of geo-accumulation index showed that Cd was the main pollution factor and reached the“moderate”level of pollution.
