摘要
为获得大麻纤维抗菌性能的测试方法,分别利用回流提取法、常温浸提法、超声波提取法和煎煮法从大麻纤维中提取抗菌有效物质再分别采用琼脂平皿扩散法、打孔法、振荡法3种抗菌测试方法对提取物进行抗菌性能测试分析。红外测试表明,大麻原麻提取液中含有大麻酚和黄酮类物质,3种抗菌性能测试方法也证实大麻提取液具有抗菌性能;使用索氏提取器回流提取法得到提取液的抗菌效果最显著,石油醚提取液的提取效率比乙醇溶液的提取效率高,且石油醚溶液本身没有抗菌性更适合用作大麻纤维抗菌性能测试的提取溶剂;大麻纤维的提取液适合用琼脂平皿扩散法进行定性测试用振荡法进行定量测试。
In order to obtain the test method for antibacterial properties of hemp fiber,the effective antibacterial components are extracted from hemp fiber by refluxing extraction process,room-temperature extraction method,ultrasonic extraction method and decocting process respectively.The antibacterial performance test of the components is carried out by three antibacterial test methods:agar plate diffusion method,perforation method and oscillation method.Infrared test shows that cannabinoids and flavonoids are found from the extract of cannabis.Antibacterial test shows that the extraction has antibacterial activity.The extraction obtained by the Soxhlet extractor has the most significant antibacterial effect.The extraction efficiency of petroleum ether extract is higher than that of ethanol solution,and the petroleum ether solution itself has no antibacterial property.So the petroleum ether is more suitable as extraction solvent for the antibacterial performance test of hemp fiber.The antibacterial test of hemp fiber extract is suitable by using agar plate diffusion method for qualitative test and oscillation method for quantitative test.
