摘要
采用植物细胞常规压片法,对横断山高山冰缘带伞形科棱子芹属的两种特有植物——美丽棱子芹(Pleurospermum amabile)和丽江棱子芹(Pleurospermum foetens)进行细胞染色体核型分析.结果表明:棱子芹属内种间染色体基数存在9和11两种类型,其中美丽棱子芹的核型公式为2n=2x=22=14m+8sm,丽江棱子芹的核型公式为2n=2x=18=8m+10sm,两个物种都为二倍体植物且核型不对称性都为2A型.上述两种棱子芹属植物的染色体数目和核型数据均为首次报道.
In this paper,chromosome number and karyotype of Pleurospermum amabile and P.foetens were studied firstly.These two species were endemic of the alpine subnival belt from the southwest China.The results show that the two species has different chromosome number and base chromosome numbers in Pleurospermum respectively as x=9 or 11.The nuclear formula of P.amabile is 2n=2x=22=14m+8sm and P.foetens is 2n=2x=18=8m+10sm.The chromosome number and karyotype of the two species were reported for the first time.
