摘要
气动喷丸作为构件表面处理的重要方式被应用广泛。为了研究喷丸过程中颗粒在靶材上的分布情况,通过数值计算的方法模拟喷丸过程,采用Fluent软件进行气固耦合仿真计算;获得颗粒流在靶材上任意时刻定点喷打的分布特性,并分析了喷嘴类型、入口压力、靶材距离等关键参数的影响;得到不同喷嘴对靶材上颗粒的分布情况,文丘里型喷嘴的分布特性明显优于收缩型及流线型喷嘴;入口压力大于某一压力值时压力对颗粒分布特性的影响较小,而靶材距离存在一个最优值使得颗粒分布特性最优。
Pneumatic shot peening is an important method for surface treatment of components and is widely used.In order to study the distribution of particles on the target during the shot peening process,the shot peening process was simulated by numerical calculation method,and the gas-solid coupling simulation calculation was carried out by Fluent software.The distribution characteristics of the particle flow at the fixed point of the target at any time were obtained.The influences of key parameters such as nozzle type,inlet pressure and target distance are analyzed.The distribution of particles on different targets is obtained.The distribution characteristics of venturi nozzles are better than those of shrinkage and streamline nozzles.The inlet pressure is greater than At a certain pressure value,the influence of pressure on the particle distribution characteristics is small,and there is an optimum value of the target distance to optimize the particle distribution characteristics.
