摘要
为适应经济社会和技术环境的快速变化,依据竞优理论,从客体特质模式识别的角度对R&D人员的绩效进行分析和评价。首先,基于对R&D人员不同绩效价值的认同,从体现R&D人员个体优势的角度对其特质进行识别;其次,通过聚类分析的方法对R&D人员的个性特质进行共性提炼,得到R&D人员特质的不同模式;然后,从兼顾R&D人员数量和信息一致性的角度,计算各模式的权重值,从而获得各R&D人员的绩效评价值;最后以15名R&D人员为例,对所提方法的可行性和有效性进行验证。
In order to adapt to the rapid change of economic society and technological environment,the performance of R&D personnel was analyzed and evaluated from the perspective of objects’trait pattern identification according to the theory of Jingyou.Firstly,according to the recognition of different performance value of R&D personnel,the characteristics of R&D personnel are identified from the perspective of reflecting their individual advantages.Secondly,by means of cluster analysis,the characteristics of R&D personnel are generalized,and different patterns of R&D personnel characteristics are obtained.Then,from the point of view of giving consideration to the number of R&D personnel and the information consistency between each model,the weight value of each model is calculated,so as to obtain the performance evaluation value of each R&D personnel.Finally,taking 15 R&D personnel as an example,the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed method are verified.
