摘要
北京联合大学文博馆收藏的一件青花冰梅纹瓷瓶,由于修复技术粗劣,胶粘剂材料老化,需要进行二次修复。系统总结了文物修复胶粘剂去除与拆解的方法,并在其基础上对瓷瓶原有粘接部位的胶粘剂进行了去除与拆解试验。最终选择丙酮作为拆分材料,脱脂棉涂敷、保鲜膜密封等方法实现了原有胶粘剂的去除及瓷器的拆分。并根据文物修复流程,对该件瓷器进行了博物馆展览修复。
A blue and white ice-plum pattern porcelain vase collected in the Cultural Relics Museum,Beijing Union University needed secondary repairing because of its poor repair technology and aging adhesive materials.The methods of removing and disassembling the adhesive for the restoration of cultural relics were systematically summarized,and on the basis of which,the experiment of removing and disassembling the adhesive for the original bonding part of the porcelain vase was carried out.Finally,acetone was selected as the separation material,degreasing cotton coating and preservative film sealing were used to realize the removal of the original adhesive and the disassembling of porcelain.According to the process of cultural relic restoration,the porcelain was restored for the exhibition in the museum.
