摘要
针对自动化轨道起重机因集卡锁销没有打开或打开不到位易引起的安全隐患和伤亡事故等问题,增设了一种以激光扫描测距为原理的集卡防吊起识别系统,对自动化轨道起重机设备安全保护进行优化处理,在确保自动化轨道起重机安全生产作业的同时,并能够提高设备作业效率。
In order to solve the potential safety hazard and casualty accidents caused by the container truck locking pin not being opened or not being opened properly,this paper proposes a anti-lifting identification system of container trucks based on the principle of laser scanning distance measurement,so as to optimize the safety protection of the automatic rail crane equipment and improve the operation efficiency of the equipment while ensuring the safe operation of the automatic rail crane.
