摘要
以钟花樱采穗圃插穗为材料,研究植物生长调节剂种类、浓度、浸泡时间和扦插基质对钟花樱扦插生根质量的影响。结果表明,钟花樱插穗生根有3种类型,其中愈伤生根型占43.2%、皮部生根型占36.4%、混合生根型占20.4%。影响钟花樱扦插生根率、≥5 cm的Ⅰ级侧根数、最长Ⅰ级侧根根长等根系质量的主要因素是基质,植物生长调节剂作用较小,两者间的交互作用可促进扦插生根率与最长Ⅰ级侧根生长,但不影响≥5 cm的Ⅰ级侧根数。植物生长调节剂、基质对最长Ⅰ级侧根根粗影响均不显著。依据生根质量指数筛选出3个适宜钟花樱扦插生根的植物生长调节剂与基质组合方案(ABT 100mg·L^-1溶液浸泡插穗60 min后扦插在黄心土∶素沙(1∶1)基质上,NAA 100 mg·L^-1溶液浸泡插穗10 min后扦插在素沙基质上,IAA 200 mg·L^-1溶液浸泡插穗60 min后扦插在素沙基质上),生根率、≥5 cmⅠ级侧根数、最长Ⅰ级侧根长分别达到66.67%、4.53条、11.23 cm以上。
The effects of hormone types,hormone concentration,immersion time and cutting substrate on rooting quality were studied.The results showed that there were three rooting types,among which callus rooting type accounted for 43.2%,bark rooting type accounted for 36.4%,and mixed rooting type accounted for 20.4%.The main factors effecting the rooting rate,the number of≥5 cmⅠ-class lateral roots and the length of longestⅠ-class lateral roots were the substrate,and the hormones played less effectiveness on it.The interaction could promote the cuttings rooting rate and the longestⅠ-class lateral root growth,but not influence the number of≥5 cmⅠ-class lateral roots.The hormones and substrates had not good effects on the thickness of longestⅠ-class lateral roots.Through the intergrative rooting quality indexes,there suitable combination protocols of hormone and substrate for cutting rooting of C.campanulata was selected(the cutting scions soaked in ABT 100 mg·L^-1 solution for 60 min before inserted in yellow core soil∶sand substrate(1∶1);the cutting scions soaked in NAA 100 mg·L^-1 solution for 10 min before inserted in sand substrate;and the cutting scions soaked in IAA 200 mg·L^-1 solution for 60 min before inserted in sand substrate):the rooting rate,the number of≥5 cmⅠ-class lateral roots and the longest length ofⅠ-class lateral root should reach 66.67%、4.53 bars and 11.23 cm respectively.
