摘要
新型农业经营主体与农户利益联结机制的构建与稳固对促进农民增收致富、助推乡村振兴具有重要意义。以湖北省S村成功案例为范本,重点围绕基层政府的制度调适,村委会、新型农业经营主体与农户的三方联动以及参与方风险共担等内容,凝练出共同稳固利益联结机制的可行路子。最后,指出开展市场化经营、发展适合的农业产业项目是未来新型农业经营主体与农户利益联结机制稳固化研究的重点。
It is of great significance to construct and stabilize the mechanism of linking the interests of new agricultural business entities and farmers to increase farmers'income and make them rich and boost rural revitalization.Based on the successful case of S village in Hubei province,this study focused on the system debugging of the grass-roots government,the three-party linkage between the village committee,the new agricultural operation subject and the farmers,and the risk sharing of the participants and so on,to condense the feasible way of the common and stable interest connection mechanism.Finally,the focus of the future research on the mechanism stability of benefit connection between new agricultural business entities and farmers will be developing market-oriented management and developing suitable agricultural industry projects.
