摘要
城市配电网是电力系统的重要组成部分,每年因配电网故障造成的长时间停电给国民经济造成重大损失。分布式微机保护装置是近年来快速实现故障定位、故障切除、故障隔离和恢复的新型电力自动化设备。本文研制了一种WLD型分布式微机保护装置,具有集中式保护、智能分布式、就地FA等多种功能;并通过搭建系统级仿真平台,模拟环网故障发生到隔离恢复的整个流程,极大地便利了电网公司运维人员的工作、模拟、培训等。
Urban distribution network is an important part of the power system.The long-term power failure caused by the distribution network fault every year causes great losses to the national economy.In recent years,the distributed microprocessor-based protection device is a new type of power automation equipment which can quickly realize fault location,fault removal,fault isolation and recovery.In this paper,a WLD distributed microprocessor-based protection device was developed,which had many functions such as centralized protection,intelligent distribution,local FA,and so on.By building a system level simulation platform,the whole process from ring network fault occurrence to isolation recovery was simulated,which greatly facilitated the work,simulation,training.of the operation and maintenance personnel of the power grid company.
