摘要
针对汽车座椅焊点参数化和知识化管理的实际需求,基于CATIA CAA开发了弧焊标注系统。分析了平板角焊、开槽焊、板管角焊和喇叭焊工艺参数和约束条件,建立了弧焊标注技术路线,针对板/管厚度的自动计算,开槽焊对称焊缝编号和CC编号冻结解冻机制、映射式一致性检查和多样式2D标注方案,以及焊缝临时参考方向自动计算、喇叭焊焊缝实体的嵌入修正和半面圆柱投影修正等关键问题提出了解决方案。最后,通过界面和功能开发实现了涵盖参数验证、三维标注、二维标注和报表的弧焊标注系统,并通过企业测试获得实际应用。
Against the actual requirement of parameterization and knowledge management for vehicle seat welding-spots,one arc welding(AW) marking system was developed based on CATIA CAA.Processing parameters and constraints of fillet,groove,plate-tube and flare AC were analyzed.Technical route of AC marking was constructed.Solutions for key problems,like plate or tube thickness computation,freezing and thawing mechanism of welding number and CC number,mapped consistency check and various 2 D marking scheme of symmetrical groove welding,as well as temporary reference direction computation of weld line,alteration of sunken entity of flare welding,and projection alteration of half cylindrical face,were all advanced.Finally,the AC marking system including parameter validation,3 D marking,2 D marking and report was realized via interface and function development.The system was tested in enterprise and obtained practical application.
