摘要
作为社会发展的重要组成部分,高等教育管理也是教育生态、社会生态系统中的组成部分,生态圈的要素分布和资源供给直接关系到教育管理的质效。从群落组织角度加强高等教育管理生态圈的建设,不仅要明确生态圈的建设方向,打造自然成熟的系统,形成充分组合的完整主体,实现周期相对一致的结构,也要以组成要素的有效集聚、群落架构的完善、动态运行中的平衡为主要抓手,加快生态圈的主体层级化设置、资源空间布局设计、品质不同导向研究,从而真正构建要素完备、结构合理、良性运转的高等教育管理生态圈。
Higher-education management as an important part of social development is also an integral part of education ecology and social ecosystem.The distribution of elements and resource supply of the ecosystem directly influences the quality and efficiency of education management.Therefore,we should strengthen the construction of higher-education management ecosystem in the perspective of community organization.It is necessary not only to define the construction direction of the ecosystem,building a naturally mature system to form a fully integrated subject and realize a relatively consistent structure of the cycle,but also to accelerate the hierarchical setting of the subject of the ecosystem,the design of resource space layout and the research of different quality guidance in such major ways as the effective concentration of constituent elements,the improvement of the community structure and the balance in the dynamic operation so as to build a higher-education management ecosystem with complete elements,reasonable structure and sound operation.
