摘要
为提高住院药房管理水平,更好地为临床工作服务,本文对专科医院药房特点及存在的问题进行分析,并运用精细化药房管理,优化住院药房工作流程、工作人员及工作物品,提高服务质量,提升医院竞争力。
To improve the management level of inpatient pharmacy and provide better service for clinical work.The author analyze the characteristics and problems of pharmacy in specialized hospital,apply the sophisticated management,optimize the working process,staff and working items of inpatient pharmacy,improve the service quality and enhance the competitiveness.
