摘要
2020年是"十三五"收官之年,城商行即将面对"十四五"发展规划,由于国内外经济发展环境及城商行本身出现了新的情况与特点,其阶段性发展战略也将发生重大变化.及时跟进内外部场景变化,提升适应能力,加快转型步伐,通过全面深化城商行体制与机制改革等措施,实现"数字化""特色化""差异化""本土化"等发展目标,是"十四五"城商行最主要的战略目标,也是城商行迈向高质量发展的关键措施.
2020 is the end of the“13th five year plan”,and urban commercial banks will face the“14th five year plan”.Due to the new situation and characteristics of domestic and foreign economic development environment and urban commercial banks themselves,their phased development strategy will also change significantly.Timely follow up the internal and external scene changes,improve the adaptability,accelerate the pace of transformation,and achieve“digitization”,“specialization”,“differentiation”and“localization”by comprehensively deepening the reform of urban commercial bank system and mechanism,all of these are the most important strategic objectives of the“14th five year plan”urban commercial banks,and also the key measures for the urban commercial banks to move towards high-quality development.
