摘要
为了获得较好的电催化析氢性能,以油酸铁为铁源,硫粉溶于油胺中作为硫源,通过控制反应条件合成不同形貌的Fe3S4。具有粒子形貌的Fe3S4与质量分数为40%的炭黑混合后形成的硫化铁纳米晶具有最优的电化学催化活性。在析氢反应中,当电流密度达到10 mA/cm^2时,过电位为234 mV,Tafel斜率为213 mV/dec。同时,具有粒子形貌的Fe3S4纳米晶材料展现出较为优异的电化学稳定性。因此,可控制备的具有粒子形貌的Fe3S4纳米晶材料是一种有应用前景的析氢电催化剂。
In order to achieve better electrocatalytic hydrogen evolution performance,oleic acid iron as iron precursor,sulfur powder is dissolved in oil ammonia as sulfur source,and oleylamine as ligand to synthesize Fe3S4 with different morphologies by controlling the reaction conditions.Fe3S4 with the particle morphology was found to have the best electrochemical catalytic activity after blending 40%by mass of carbon black.In the hydrogen evolution reaction,the overpotential was 234 mV and the Tafel slope was 213 mV/dec at a current density of 10 mA/cm^2.Meanwhile,Fe3S4 with a particle morphology exhibited superior electrochemical stability.Therefore,the controllably prepared Fe3S4 with a particle morphology is a promising hydrogen evolution electrocatalyst.
