摘要
随着国家对环境保护的重视,在汽油生产中,现在要满足国Ⅴ,甚至国Ⅵ标准的汽油生产,在提高汽油质量标准的同时,汽油中有大量的硫被脱出,如何处理高硫尾气中的硫是一项意义重大的研究。本论文主要阐述了对高含硫尾气进行脱硫处理[1],对其工艺路线以及设备进行分析,从而在保证脱硫率的前提下对生产亚硫酸钠的创收性分析。保证在符合生产工艺基本原则的基础上,对脱硫工程原料的需求及来源进行分析以及现有的三种技术进行比对,对生产亚硫酸钠的反应,绘制相应的流程图,以及最后的风险评估。
As the country's emphasis on environmental protection in gasoline production,should satisfy theⅤnow,even theⅥstandard gasoline production,while improve the gasoline quality standards,a large number of sulfur in gasoline was out,how to deal with high sulphur tail gas of sulfur is a significant research.This paper mainly describes the desulfurization treatment of high-sulfur tail gas,and analyzes its process route and equipment,so as to analyze the income-generating property of producing sodium sulfite on the premise of guaranteeing the desulfurization rate.On the basis of conforming to the basic principles of production process,the demand and source of desulfurization engineering raw materials are analyzed,the three existing technologies are compared,the reaction to the production of sodium sulfite is drawn,and the corresponding flow chart is drawn,as well as the final risk assessment.
