摘要
近年来,随着经济社会的快速发展,特别是工业化、城镇化进程的加快,特殊灾害事故大幅增加,对灭火救援提出了更高的要求,同时,老旧城区、城乡结合部,以及农村传统砖木结构民居房屋依然大量存在,小火多发、小火亡人、小火酿大灾的现象依然突出。消防中队在处置日常一般火灾的同时,随时面临着处置各类重特大火灾事故的风险和压力,从警力和装备配置上的建制设计与战斗实践中存在“小马拉大车”现象。通过分析普通消防中队的灭火作战能力与当前存在的不足,提出改进普通消防中队战训工作的对策,以期达到借鉴作用。
In recent years,with the rapid development of economy and society,especially the acceleration of industrialization and urbanization,more and more new risks and hidden dangers have emerged,fire fighting put forward higher requirements,meanwhile,old urban areas and rural traditional brick houses still exist,the phenomenon of small fires trigger big disaster still stands out.Fire station is in disposal of daily fire,at the same time,they face with the disposal of all kinds of major workplace fire accident risk at any time and stress.The“small horse cart”phenomenon exists in the construction design and combat practice of police force and equipment configuration.By analyzing the fire-fighting capability of the regular fire squadron and the current situation,putting forward countermeasures for the improvement of general fire squadron fight training work,In order to achieve the reference role.
