摘要
卤代甲烷属甲烷衍生物的一种,常具有较大毒性,其识别检测具有较大实际意义,cryptophane具有分子内空腔,常能对卤代甲烷分子进行封装,因此能应用在其检测领域。本文就近年基于不同方法建立的cryptophane与卤代甲烷主客体分子体系研究进行了简单综述,主要包括核磁共振法、拉曼光谱法、色谱法、中间相法、理论计算法以及荧光光谱法等。
Methyl halide is a kind of methane substitute and most of them have greater toxicity.Thus,the monitoring of methyl halide is an area of practical significance.Cryptophane is a kind of superamolecules,which possess an inner cavity so that many kind of methyl halide can be encapsulate by it.In this paper,the host and guest molecular system of cryptophane and methyl halide studied through different methods including magnetic resonance imaging,raman spectroscopy,chromatography,intermediate phase,theoretical calculation and fluorescent spectrometry are briefly reviewed.
