摘要
结合学院共建共享实训基地的发展情况,对共建共享实训基地的功能进行分析,如为社会提供职业技能的训练及技能鉴定、进行社会再培训、对学生进行技能培训、促进科研成果的转化等功能,指出共建共享实训基地的内涵。分析了实训基地建设平等协作、谋求共赢的特点以及监督体制不健全的不足,由此提出共建共享实训基地的建设方式,寻找校企合作、产教深度融合的方式,谋求校企双赢的途径。
In this paper,combining with the development mode of the college in co-building and sharing the training base,the function orientation and essence connotation of the training base are deeply studied,for example,it can provide vocational skills training and skills appraisal,social retraining,skills training for students,and promote the transformation of scientific research results,etc.,and points out the connotation of building and sharing training base.The characteristics of the construction of the training base are analyzed,and the ways of deep integration of universityenterprise cooperation in production and education are sought,and the ways of win-win situation are sought.
