摘要 针对手工焊接过程中焊接线能量无法实时、准确测量的问题,提出了一种线能量在线检测方法。设计了具有一定柔性的弧光捕捉机构,可以适应全位置手工焊接中不同的焊道。重点研究由弧光信号向电信号的转换技术,进而搭建以STM32单片机为控制核心的信号处理系统,完成焊接线能量数字量的实时显示。焊接试验表明,该方法实时性好,且检测精度满足要求。 An on-line detection method of line energy is proposed for the problem that the welding line energy can not be accurately measured in real time in the manual welding process. A flexible arc light capturing mechanism is designed,which can adapt to different beads in all position manual welding. The conversion technology from arc light signal to electrical signal is emphatically studied,and then a signal processing system with STM32 single chip microcomputer as the control core is built to realize the realtime display of digital quantity of welding line energy. The welding test shows that the method has good real-time performance and the detection precision meets the requirements.
