摘要
通过分析政策、理论和现实,发现服务大多数老年人是社区养老发展的必然路径,继而提出融合服务、空间和人的社区复合养老设施新模式。上海市南丹小区邻里汇的实践证明,通过面向全龄的复合服务功能、基地-建筑-室内3层次的公共空间建设、公众参与的社区融合,贯彻新模式的社区养老可以帮助大多数人实现原居安老的目标。
By analyzing policies, theories and the realities, this paper suggests that serving the majority of the elderly is the inevitable trend of community aging service, then puts forward the community-based integrated senior facility, a new prototype which integrates service, space and people. The Shanghai example-Community Care in Nandan proves the feasibility of the new model. Following three principles-including the inclusive services for all age, the construction of public space throughout site, interface and configuration, and public participation initiating social integration, the new type of community aging service will help most elderly to age in place.
